SHIPPING
  1. NO MINIMUM ORDER IS REQUIRED.

  2. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards only.

  3. Most orders will be processed within 2 working days.

  4. Availability: If a selected catalog item is not available, we will make every effort to replenish our stock and fill your order as quickly as possible.

  5. We routinely ship our orders by the United States Postal Service’s Priority Mail. Priority Mail is delivered to every address in the US (including PO Boxes and military addresses) in an average of 2 to 3 days. Shipping costs start at $4.05 (1 lb. and under) and vary depending on weight and shipping zone. Insurance will be added at your request and cost. UPS and FedEx are also available at customer's request. There is a nominal ($1.00 per order) handling fee.

RETURNS

  1. All returns must be made within 30 days and include a copy of the original receipt.

  2. All returns are subject to approval by Three Sisters Silver. Please call before shipping for return authorization.

  3. Three Sisters Silver is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear. Three Sisters Silver only accepts returned merchandise if there are manufacturers' defects, were of unsatisfactory quality, or were sent to the customer erroneously.

  4. Authorized returns are accepted for store credit and exchange only. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE EXTENDED.
